In this exhibit, I show two full-sheet watercolors from my Kokopelli series.
They are too big to easily move, but they look good on the gallery’s large walls:
Kokopelli with Pink Ladders 33 x 41
Kokopelli, The Dove 33 x 41

Gallery House has gone to a new way of hanging. Each artist will have six feet of space to fill as they wish. And, we will hang and change our own spaces during this Covid time and probably beyond. No reception. My art pieces will be:
For the first time, I am showing at Avenue 25 Gallery in San Mateo, CA with eight other Gallery House artists under the theme “Identities.” The exhibit runs from April 22 to May 31, and the reception is Saturday, April 27 from 1 to 4 pm, 2019.
Corn Patch, Cliff Dwellings, and Cook Forest Stream will be my watercolors.
Every year I do Silicon Valley Open Studios (SVOS) with several other artists. The entire organization is very large, covering many towns and several counties.
This year I showed 20 paintings as well as matted works of various sizes, scarves, the I’d Spied a Crocodile book, greeting cards, etc. It’s a fun, outdoor show and a lot of friends drop by.
Sixty years is a long time to be in business, especially for a gallery. We will have our “collection style” hanging, special food, etc. and most of our artists will be there so you can meet them and speak to them in person. It should be a great event! The opening reception is Saturday, August 11, from 4 to 6 pm. www.galleryhouse2.com.
I will also have my Pelicans painting on the wall and I have made some new giclées.
