This year’s Gallery House Holiday Show is from November 13 to December 24. The This year’s Gallery House Holiday Show is from November 13 to December 24. The free and open-to-the-public artists’ reception is Friday November 16, from 6 to8 pm. There is a 20% discount on everything the day of November 16 only. Come meet the artists, have some snacks, check out the original art and gift items. My “Oak Tree on Red” watercolor is in the exhibit.

Arts Festival 2012 at Rengstorff House

This is an invitational show that I am privileged to be a part of at Shoreline Park in Mountain View.  The art exhibit inside the historic Victorian house goes from August 1 through September 31, 2012 and the reception for the artists is Thursday, August 2, from 5 to 7 pm.  The reception is, of course, open to the public and there are house tours too; check the website for days and times.   They also have free music on the lawn four different times during their summer schedule: see www.r-house.org.

In case you missed the garden version of Open Studios, here’s another chance.  I will be at Gallery House, 320 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, for our SVOS exhibit there May 19 and 20, 2012 from 11 am to 5 pm.  And, I could be persuaded to give you a tour of my real studio upstairs.

Gallery House announces “Land & Water, Flow & Form” to be held from March 6th through the 31st at 320 California Ave, Palo Alto (650) 326-1668.  This show of recent landscapes features Charlotte Coqui, Starr Davis, Dan McLean, Patricia Nojima, Kevyn Warnock and Trevlyn Williams.  The public is invited to a free reception with live music for the artists on Friday, March 9 from 6 to 8 pm.  New gallery hours are: Tues & Wed: 11 am to 4 pm; Thur, Fri & Sat: 11 am to 8 pm; Sun: 11 am to 3 pm.  www.galleryhouse2.com

Arts Festival at Rengstorff House

The Arts Festival at Rengstorff House runs from August 1 to 31, 2011.  The Opening reception is Thursday, August 4 from 5 to 7 pm.
This is an invitational show, and I will have two paintings hanging: “Fuchsia on Pink” and “Broccoli Trees and Geese.”  “Broccoli Trees” was actually drawn on site and is my attempt to portray the interesting trees that line the road to Rengstorff House and the many honking geese that fly over.
